Abstract Submission
The Abstract submission process for ICNP2026 will be as follows:

Abstracts must be written and submitted in English only. All submitted abstracts will undergo a review process. Successful submissions will receive an acceptance letter within 14 working days and may have the opportunity for full paper submission. Please ensure your abstract follows the provided guidelines and template (available for download). Submissions that do not meet these requirements will not be considered for review.
Authors must ensure the language quality of their submissions. Abstracts should be thoroughly edited and proofread. Submissions with poor language quality will be rejected, regardless of content.

Note: Please upload your abstract in Microsoft Word (.doc) format, labelled as “Full name_Uni”.
Upon abstract acceptance, you will receive an email from the Secretariat with your ID number and registration link within 14 working days. Confirmation of your presentation slot will be provided only after registration and payment are completed by the stipulated deadline (Early Birds: 30th June 2026).

Upon submission of the registration form, participants will receive a confirmation email from the Secretariat. The receipt of payment or other payment-related documents will be emailed within 14 working days.
For presenters (oral or poster), please register through the 'Abstract Submission' section first. The acceptance of your presentation, along with your ID number and presentation slot, will be confirmed within 14 working days of submission, after a thorough review process by our reviewers, and only upon receipt of payment by the stipulated deadline (Early Birds: 30th June 2026)

Oral Presentation
A. Duration
- Keynote lecture: 60 minutes
- Jack Cannon Lecture: 60 minutes
- Invited speaker: 30 minutes
- Oral communication: 10-15 minutes
B. Presentation Format
- Acceptable digital format presentation—16x9 .ppt or .pptx and .pdf file.
- Presentation laptops will be provided in the session halls. Please note that a presentation with your own laptop is not possible.
- All presentations shall be provided to the Slide Center at least one hour before the presentation time or the day before in case of a morning session.
- You can download the ICNP 2026 [link: conference banner] and [link: logo] to use them in your oral presentation.
- The official language is English.
Poster Presentation
Poster Format
- All posters must be prepared in English
- The poster should include:
- the title, author(s), affiliation(s), background section (which covers the introduction, research gap, and objectives), methodology, findings (including results and discussion), conclusion, acknowledgments, references, and contact information (QR code).
- Please prepare and bring your poster in PORTRAIT format (Size: A1, W 59.4 x H 84.1 cm). (refer to the poster template). Posters that exceed the above dimensions will not be displayed on site.
- Poster boards will be numbered according to the numbering of posters as given in the Programme.
- Poster boards will be provided for mounting the posters.
- Mounting material will be provided on-site upon registration.
- The judging process will be carried out during the coffee/tea breaks. Poster presenters must be present during the evaluation process.
- You can download the ICNP 2026 conference banner and logo to use them in your oral presentation.
