VISA APPLICATION

Participants attending ICNP2026 in Malaysia may require a visa, depending on their nationality. We recommend checking the visa requirements well in advance to ensure a smooth application process.

MDAC

Beginning 1 January 2024, all foreign citizens travelling to Malaysia are required to complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) three (3) days prior to arrival, except for the list.

YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

As per international health regulations, travelers arriving from yellow fever endemic countries or any country with an active yellow fever transmission or those transiting through such areas, are required to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate upon entry to Malaysia. The vaccination must be administered at least 10 days before travel.

To determine if this requirement applies to you, please check the list of countries with yellow fever transmission risk and ensure compliance before your journey.

Travel Grants and Awards

The Malaysian National Product Society (MNPS) offers Travel Grant Awards for attending ICNP2026. For more details, please visit the MNPS website.USM also offers the Postgraduate Conference Fund to all registered USM Research Mode students (Master's or PhD) who wish to attend conferences as oral presenters, either physically or online.
