MDAC

Beginning 1 January 2024, all foreign citizens travelling to Malaysia are required to complete the Malaysia Digital Arrival Card (MDAC) three (3) days prior to arrival, except for the list.

YELLOW FEVER VACCINATION REQUIREMENTS

As per international health regulations, travelers arriving from yellow fever endemic countries or any country with an active yellow fever transmission or those transiting through such areas, are required to present a valid Yellow Fever Vaccination Certificate upon entry to Malaysia. The vaccination must be administered at least 10 days before travel.

USM also offers the Postgraduate Conference Fund to all registered USM Research Mode students (Master's or PhD) who wish to attend conferences as oral presenters, either physically or online. 1. Right in Tanjung Bungah (Within 5 Mins)

  • Penang Floating Mosque (Masjid Terapung): Located just 2.5 km away. This is a
    gorgeous coastal mosque built entirely on stilts over the sea. It looks spectacular
    during high tide when it genuinely appears to be floating.
  • Tanjung Bungah Public Beach & Water Sports Centre: Right outside your door.
    It is highly popular for renting kayaks, jet skis, and catching beachside sunsets
    away from the heavier Batu Ferringhi crowds.

2. Heading South (Towards Tanjung Tokong & City Side β€” 5 to 10 Mins)

  • Penang Avatar Secret Garden: (~2.3 km away) Located behind the Tua Pek Kong
    Temple in Tanjung Tokong. This beachside park is completely transformed at night
    with neon, multi-colored LED lights wrapped around the trees to mimic the
    bioluminescent forest from the movie Avatar.

    retail marina promenade. It is a fantastic spot to walk along the piers, look at the
